Your grandkids. Your garden. Your independence. Stride is built to protect it.
You can't always be there. Stride can. Set it up once — they use it every single day on their own. You get the peace of mind you've been looking for.
When Sam's family experienced cognitive and mobility decline firsthand, he saw how quickly independence can slip away. Stride is his answer to that — built so older adults can keep living on their own terms.
The goal of Stride is simple: make it so easy and so enjoyable to stay active that older adults never have a reason to stop. Not a workout app. A daily companion that helps you protect the life you love.
After 100+ conversations with older adults, families, and care organizations across North America, Stride was built — not as wellness content, but as infrastructure for aging well.

If there's something in life you never want aging to take away — Stride was built for you.
A personalized daily companion built around your body, your goals, and the life you want to protect. Stride isn't an exercise program — it's the daily habit that keeps decline at bay so you can keep doing everything that makes life worth living. Available on web, tablet, iPhone, and Android.
Watching someone you love slow down is hard. Doing something real about it doesn't have to be. Set up Stride once — they use it every day on their own.

A wellness solution — not a clinical product — designed to integrate seamlessly into the care you already provide.
Reduces fall-related churn — falls trigger 25% of all client departures. Stride attacks that risk every single day.
Fills the gap between visits — clients stay active and engaged even when caregivers aren't present.
Strengthens family trust — visible daily wellness drives satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.
Differentiates your offering — a meaningful value-add your competitors simply aren't providing.
Zero burden on your team — clients use Stride independently every day after a single setup.
Disproportionately driven by health incidents. Each lost client means months of lost revenue and relationship-building wasted.
Through hospitalization, facility transition, or family withdrawal of trust. Falls are your single biggest churn risk.
Most home care businesses are reactive, not proactive. There's no system keeping clients active and engaged alongside caregivers — Stride works with caregivers, not just between visits.
1 in 4 departures is triggered by a fall or health decline. Each lost resident means months of revenue gone — and scrambling to fill the bed.
Consistent, individualized wellness programming is nearly impossible when your team changes constantly. Staff burn out trying to fill the gap.
Staff overtime, agency costs, empty beds, and family dissatisfaction — every incident hits your bottom line harder than you realize.
When families don't see meaningful daily wellness activity, trust erodes — and so do referrals. You're competing on price instead of outcomes.
Reduces fall risk — daily balance and strength routines cut your most expensive source of churn, directly.
Extends length of stay — residents who are healthier and engaged stay longer. Every extra month is retained revenue.
Builds family confidence — visible daily wellness activity drives trust and referrals. Families see Stride working.
Differentiates your community — Stride becomes part of your offering and how you market it competitively.
Zero specialist required — staff enable Stride in minutes. No training. No facilitation. It runs itself.

Questions about Stride? We'd love to hear from you — whether you're an older adult, a family member, or a care organization.
Stride isn't built on a wall of research papers. It's built with experts who understand real older adult bodies — and grounded in science that supports the story.
Daniel is a University of Toronto Master's Graduate with extensive experience in exercise and rehabilitation for older adults. Every movement in Stride — from the gentlest mobility exercise to the most advanced balance challenge — was developed with his guidance.
The question Daniel asks about every Stride exercise is simple: "Does this help an older adult keep doing the things they love?" If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't make the cut.
75 exercises across 4 progression levels — built for real bodies, not gym bodies. Adapted to your pace, your goals, and the life you want to protect.
Stride's brain games are powered by Thinkie — a neuroscience-backed platform with nearly 3 decades of brain training research behind it. Users see an average 3.7-year brain age improvement in just 3 months.
